Ingredients

1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1-1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli (chopped spinach can also be used)
1 cup rice, cooked
Garlic salt, to taste

Instructions

Mix ingredients, season with garlic salt, and bake 1 hour at 350°F.

Author's Comments

Don't use fresh or canned vegetables for this recipe.

Really good casserole for church socials, etc.

very very easy and good
