3 cups milk
2 cans condensed cheddar cheese soup, undilluted
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes
1 sm. onion, chopped

Instructions

Combine milk and soup in a 4 quart sauce pan; stir in broccoli, potatoes and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat breaking up broccoli with fork until thawed. Simmer covered for 10 minutes. Remove from heat; cool, cover and chill. Reheat at serving time.

Author's Comments

This soup is made a day ahead of time and refrigerated overnight to let the flavors marry.
