Ingredients
2 lbs. | ground beef | 1 | md. onion, chopped | 3 cloves | garlic, minced | 1 can (15 oz.) | tomato sauce | 2 cups | beer | 2 tbsp. | chili powder | 1-1/2 tbsp. | ground cumin | 1 tsp. | salt | 1 tsp. | crushed dried oregano | 1 tbsp. | Einar's Habanero Pepper Sauce | 2 tbsp. | Tabasco Green Pepper Sauce |

Instructions
Cook the ground beef in a large pan over medium-high heat until brown, about 10 minutes. Break up the chunks. Pour off the fat. Add the onion and the garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the tomato sauce, beer, seasonings and both of the hot sauces. Bring to a boil; turn down heat to a simmer and cover for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Add more beer if needed.

I had Chili Night at the diner a few weeks ago. This was the best seller out of the seven chilis we served that night. I saved some and made chili dogs the next day... Boy they were good too!
