| 1 cup | brown sugar | | 1 cup | white sugar | | 3 cups | all-purpose flour | | 1 tsp. | baking soda | | 1 tsp. | baking powder | | 1 tsp. | salt | | 1 tsp. | cinnamon | | 1 (3 oz.) | bar Hershey, grated | | 1 cup | mini chocolate chips | | 1/2 cup | nuts (optional) | | 3 | eggs, beaten | | 3 tsp. | vanilla | | 1 cup | oil | | 2-1/2 cup | zucchini, grated |

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix together sugars, flour, baking soda and powder, salt, cinnamon, Hershey bar, chocolate chips and nuts. Mix in eggs, vanilla, oil, and zucchini. Mix thoroughly. Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes (Don't over bake).
