Blueberry and Rose Water Yogurt Parfait

The recipe is perfect for World Diabetes Day, it not only looks good, it does you good. Blueberries definitely deserve the accolade of being one of the ‘Superfoods’.

400g/14oz Greek yogurt
15ml/0.5fl oz rose water
100g/3.5oz fresh blueberries
15ml/0.5fl oz maple syrup
1 tsp. lemon zest


1.Mix yogurt, maple syrup, lemon zest, and rose water in a bowl.
2.Layer the yogurt mixture and berries in serving glasses.
