Ingredients
5 | Serrano or | | scotch Bonnet Peppers, Chopped | 1 | md. White Onion, Chopped | 2 | Vine Ripe Tomatoes, Diced | 1 | Tbsp Olive oil | 2 cups | Lager Beer | 4 cups | Ketchup | 2 | Tbsp Brown Sugar | 2 tsp. | Habanero Pepper sauce | 2 tsp. | Worcestshire Sauce |

The addition of "Ghost Chili Peppers" would definitely put this in to the 911 STATUS .

Instructions
Heat up olive oil in a medium sauce pan.
Add Onions, Peppers and Tomatoes to the pan and cook until the Onions are rendered
Add 1 cup of beer (yuengling lager) to deglaze the pan.
Transfer veggies to a food processor or blender and pulse until coarse.
Pour mixture into a deep sauce pan on medium heat.
Add in the Brown sugar, Ketchup, Worcestshire, Habanero sauce, and remaining Beer.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10 mins.

I made this on the fly 4 years ago. There maybe be somethings missing, since my memory of this is a little fuzzy, but if you want to spice it up, just think of something hot to throw into it. It's great on wings, Chicken, and even Ribs. I'd prefer to use this right away, but it could age well under proper conditions and become a bit stronger in heat. Another method is to cook the peppers, onions, and tomatoes on the grill to render them.
