Add 4 bottles of beer and 4 bottles of water in large pot. Bring to a boil. Add meat and boil 20 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
Slather your favorite BBQ sauce on ribs. Grill and re-apply sauce until congealed and suitable for the plate.

This is a summer favorite because it is a unique blend of smokey taste and gooey texture sauce. It originally comes from my good friends Tom and Amy Taylor of Forestport NY.
Low Fat!!! Beer will boil the fat right off the meat.
* Do not use Guinness or any bitter browns... my personal favorite is Saranac Black Forest.
