1/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove crushed garlic
1 can (15 oz.) black beans, drained
1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

Place chillies, onion, garlic, and beans in blender blend until smooth. Add yogurt, cumin and salt. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
