I recently bought a breadmaker. Although I LOVE to knead bread, I haven't had the time for, ohh...10 or so years to do it regularly. My two growing teens adore this focaccia bread recipe that I adapted from various sources.

There should be a space before the seasonings, just for those who have no idea what they should do. Are there any more goodies that can be put into this dough before you bake it?

This is a great recipe. My variation is to add all the ingredients except for the cheeses and salt. The bread machine does a great job blending everything, and you get a taste of everything, in every bite

Try adding a few snipped sun-dried tomatoes before baking. My son loves it.

This is so good. My boys, 3 and 6, love to add the toppings ... almost as much as they love to eat it. Thanks!
