Ingredients

4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup flour
1 can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 cup nuts, chopped

Frosting

1 cup sugar
6 tbsp. butter, melted
6 tbsp. milk
1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

Mix eggs, sugar and butter well in large bowl of electric mixer. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake 30 minutes at 350°F in greased 9x13-inch pan.

Frosting:
Mix ingredients together. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Beat with a spoon until thickened. Spread and cut in bars.
