butter, softened
1 cup
sugar

t vanilla extract
2-1/2 cup
cake flour

t baking powder

Instructions
*In a large bowl, cream tgether butter & sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs & vanilla. Stir in Flour, baking soda, & salt.
*Cover & chill at least 1 hour, or as long as overnight.
*Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Roll out dough on a floured surface to about 1/4" thick. Cut desired shapes with cookie cutters, & place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
*Bake for 6-8 minutes. Allow to cool completely before decrating.

They're just sugar cookies, but every time I make these people tell me how tasty they are, or that they usually don't like sugar cookies, but they love these. Perfect for holiday decorating!
