Ingredients
1 to 1-1/2 lb. | stew meat | 1 can | beer (any kind) | 1 can | golden mushroom soup | 4 | carrots, quartered | 4 stalks | celery, quartered | 3 | onions, quartered | 8 oz. | fresh mushrooms, sliced | 4 | potatoes, quartered | | Salt and pepper, to taste | | Flour, to desired thickness |

Instructions
Mix salt, pepper and flour. Add stew meat. Saute stew meat in a little canola oil in large soup pot. Add beer and canned soup. Stir. Add veggies and remaining ingredients. Cook until meat is tender and veggies are done, approximately 2-3 hours.

Makes a great gravy... I double the beer and soup to have extra... also better the next day reheated.
