1-1/2 cup chilled beer

Instructions

Sift together the dry ingredients, then whisk in beer until smooth. Cover and set in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Whisk again before using.

1 batch makes approximately 2 cups.

Use this for batter-frying the veggie of your choice.
