Ingredients
1 can | tomato juice | 1 can | 2 plus cup (lg.) water | 1/2 | onion, diced | 2 | carrots, cut up | 4 | potatoes, cut up | 1-1/2 cup | frozen corn | 1 can | green beans | 3/8 head | cabbage, thinly sliced | 1 to 1-1/2 lb. | beef chuck, cut into bite size pieces | 8 cubes | beef bouillon (I prefer Better Than Bouillon) | 4 cloves | garlic | | Salt and pepper to taste |

Instructions
In a large pot, add the juice and water. Then add the onion, garlic, carrots, potatoes and cabbage. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 35 minutes. Then add the corn, green beans, beef chuck and beef cubes. Simmer for another 40 minutes or so, until beef is tender. Season with salt and pepper.
