Your recipe sounds yummy xcept what do I do with the flour tortillas? Do they cover the casserole or do you line the dish with them? Do tell!

I'd love to try your recipe......But, where do the tortillas go? Too bad this site doesn't have a public "reply" category.

Cut the tortillas into 1 inch strips and then mix in with other ingredients. That's what I did and it was yummy. Cut into the size of egg noodles. I don't know what the author intended but my version worked great!

Great! I added sour cream (about 4 tbsp) and some corn. You could even substitute ground chicken, ground turkey or ground round (veggie) if you wanted. Our household loved it.

Was a great, easy recipe to make. I was skeptical about the tomato soup, but was actually really good! I used ground turkey instead of beef like usual, and added garlic and onion while i was cooking it. Also added some extra garlic, cayenne pepper and chile powder to the finsihed product beofre it went in the oven. Was delicious and will be making it again.
