Beef Noodle Casserole




4-1/2 cup yolk-free noodles, cooked according to pkg. directions
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 can (10-1/2) cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup parmasean cheese
1 can (4) mushrrom stems and pieces, drained
1 tbsp. butter or
margarine, melted
1 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. salt


Cook beef, onion and green pepper until beef is no longer pink; drain well. In a large bowl, combine soup, parmesean cheese, mushrooms, butter, thyme and salt. Stir in the cooked noodles and beef mixture. Transfer to a 2 1/2 quart casserole coated with cooking spray.Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
