Beef and Noodle Casserole

1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. butter or
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. (10 oz.) wide noodles, cooked and drained
2 cans (10-3/4 oz. each) cream of tomato soup
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


In a large skillet, brown beef. Remove beef and drain fat. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Sauté onion and pepper until tender. Add beef, Worcestershire sauce, noodles and soups; mix well. Spoon into a greased 3-qt. casserole; top with cheese. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

This was very good, I even added extra Cheddar to the mix, made it cheesier. Would also be good with Velveeta! Thanks!
