Sauce
1 tbsp. | olive oil | 1 | md. onion, chopped | 1 | green pepper, chopped | 1/2 cup | chopped celery | 4 tbsp. | lemon juice | 2 tbsp. | brown sugar | 3 tbsp. | Worcestershire sauce | 1/2 tsp. | cayenne pepper | 1 cup | ketchup | 1 cup | water | 1/2 tsp. | dry mustard (mild or | | hot) | 1 tsp. | celery salt |

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F, lay ribs in shallow 13x9 or larger pan, roast at 425°F for 30 minutes. In the meantime make the sauce. Saute onion, pepper and celery in the oil until soft. Add all other ingredients; simmer for around 20 minutes. Pour sauce over ribs after the 30 minute roasting period. Reduce oven to 325 and roast for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. Serve over hot buttered noodles.

To keep ribs from drying out while roasting with sauce, from time to time spoon sauce over the ribs while roasting.
