1/2 cup margarine, melted
2 cups chocolate chips
1-1/2 cup Hodgson Mill 50/50 flour
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup banana
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute

Instructions

Melt margarine and chocolate chips in a 3 qt. saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Beat in remaining ingredients with a wooden spoon until thoroughly blended. Spread evenly in a 13x9-inch pan (grease bottom only). Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely.
