1/2 cup long grain rice, uncooked
1-1/3 cup reduced sodium chicken broth
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 md. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a 1-1/2 quart casserole coated with non-stick cooking spray. Cover and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until rice is tender.
