Marinate

Boneless, skinless chicken tenders
1/2 to 3/4 cup red wine *
3 tbsp. diced dried onions, to taste

Basil, to taste
Ginger to taste
Curry powder to taste
1 apple, sliced
Course ground garlic with parsley

Instructions

Marinate chicken in wine and onions for about 1 hour. Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Pour chicken and marinade into a baking dish. Sprinkle basil, ginger, curry powder, garlic and parsley over chicken. Turn the chicken over to make sure the herbs are in the marinade. Place the sliced apple atop the chicken cover with foil and cook for 30 to 45 minutes.

The apples taste really good when eaten with the chicken.

* cheap red wine, merlot I believe is best.
