Bacon, Egg and Cheddar Bread



1 loaves



1 can prepared crumbled bacon
3/4 cup water
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. butter, melted
1 tbsp. sugar
2 cups bread flour
1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1-1/2 tsp. yeast


Place all ingredients, except yeast, in bread pan in the order given. Make a little hole in the ingredients and add the yeast in the hole. Press start on your bread machine.

Observe the dough as it kneads. If it appears dry add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time until dough is smooth and pliable. Cool on a cake rack before slicing.
