| 1 tbsp. | Vegetable oil | | 2 cups | sliced carrots peeled and sliced | | 3/4 cup | sliced leeks | | 1 lb. | chicken breast cut in chunks | | 1 cup | parsnips peeled and sliced | | Water | | 3 | chicken bouilion cubes optional |

Instructions
1. Place oil in deep pan large enough to hold all ingredients. Heat over medium heat.
2.Add the carrots, leeks and chicken, saute until vegetables are soft.
3. Add the other ingredients along with enough water to barely cover the ingredients in the pan.
4.Bring to a boil, then reduced the heat to a simmer. Simmer until all vegetables are soft.
5. Place 1 cup of the cooked ingredients in a blender and puree for the baby.
