1 loaf (24 slices) | cocktail dill or | | pumpernickel bread | 4 tbsp. | Thousand Island dressing, to taste | 8 slices | pastrami, fat trimmed and cut into thirds | 1 | sm. can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained | 6 slices | swiss cheese, quartered |

Instructions
Spread bread slices with 1/2 tsp. dressing each. Top with pastrami, then divide sauerkraut among slices (about 1 to 1-1/2 tsp. of sauerkraut each). Top with Swiss cheese and bake in preheated 350°F oven for 12-14 minutes. Serve immediately.
