Avocado Feta Bruschetta

|12 slices ||Baguette - cut diagonally|
|5 ||Roma Tomatoes - diced|
|1 ||Avocado - diced|
|8 oz. ||Crumbled Feta Cheese|
|6 ||Fresh Basil Leaves - chopped|
|4 ||Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil|
|1 ||Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar|
|2 cloves ||Garlic - chopped|
|Parmesan Cheese - freshly grated|
|Salt & Pepper|

Mix olive oil and chopped garlic together. Brush baguette slices with olive oil and garlic mixture (do not use all of it). Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and toast the bread in the oven or toaster oven. In a bowl, mix togerther remaining olive oil and garlic mixture, tomatoes, avocado, feta cheese, and chopped basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Divide toasted bread between 4 plates and cover with tomato avocado mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
You can also fan the baguette slices out on a serving platter for guests to help themselves.
