Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry. Mix the flour with 2 tsp. salt; coat the chicken pieces. In a skillet, heat the oil and brown chicken pieces on all sides. Place the pieces in a 3 quart casserole dish and discard drippings. Combine tha rest of the ingredients, mixing well. Spoon sauce over chicken, covering all the pieces. Cover and bake at 350°F for about 1-1/4 hours, or until chicken is tender. If desired, serve chicken and sauce on hot cooked rice.

Really tasty. I used about 1/4 tsp of liquid smoke instead of hickory salt (since I didn't have any). I'm even going to save the leftover liquid, chicken, and rice and try a soup tomorrow. I agree that the coke blended in really nicely. Couldn't taste it at all.
