In a 9” x 13” baking pan that has been buttered or coated with non-stick cooking spray, add half of the bread cubes. Top with half the prosciutto, Havarti Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, herbs and asparagus. Layer remaining bread cubes on top, then layer the remaining prosciutto, Havarti Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, herbs and asparagus. In a medium bowl whisk together eggs, milk, lemon peel, salt, and pepper. Pour evenly over layered ingredients. Cover and chill for an hour or overnight. Bake for 50 minutes in a preheated 350˚F (180˚C) oven. Remove from oven, slice and serve.
