Ingredients

3 cups fresh asparagus cut into two inch
pieces
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and put into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.

I made this for Christmas dinner. My family loved it. Even people that don't really like asparagus liked this dish. I would blanch the asparagus next time because it was a little too crunchy. Great recipe!
