1 | unbaked pie shell | 3 | eggs, beaten | 3/4 to 1 cup | cream | 1 cup | shredded Parmesan cheese | | Salt and pepper, to taste | dash | nutmeg | dash | cayenne pepper | 1/2 cup | asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces and steamed crisp |

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Place beaten eggs in measuring cup and add cream to equal 1-1/2 cups. Place in mixing bowl and add cheese, spices and asparagus. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 300°F and cook 40 minutes more.
