Asiago Bucatini with Shrimp



4 servings



16 md. fresh or
defrosted shrimp
salt and pepper to taste
1 package, dried bucatini pasta
1/3 cup (75) freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cup (50) olive oil
1/2 cup (175) Tre StelleĀ® Asiago Shredded Cheese
1 cup (250) fresh basil leaves
1 tbsp. (15) capers, rinsed and patted dry


In a small bowl whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper; add Asiago cheese and basil leaves; set aside. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. In a medium non-stick skillet quickly stir-fry shrimp until pink. Remove from heat.

In a large pot of boiling salted water add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and add
lemon/cheese sauce, shrimp, capers and basil, stir and serve.
