Asiago Bucatini with Shrimp

| 16 | md. fresh or | | defrosted shrimp | | salt and pepper to taste | | 1 | package, dried bucatini pasta | | 1/3 cup (75) | freshly squeezed lemon juice | | 1/4 cup (50) | olive oil | | 1/2 cup (175) | Tre StelleĀ® Asiago Shredded Cheese | | 1 cup (250) | fresh basil leaves | | 1 tbsp. (15) | capers, rinsed and patted dry |

Instructions
In a small bowl whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper; add Asiago cheese and basil leaves; set aside. Season shrimp with salt and pepper. In a medium non-stick skillet quickly stir-fry shrimp until pink. Remove from heat.
In a large pot of boiling salted water add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and add
lemon/cheese sauce, shrimp, capers and basil, stir and serve.
