Frosting
| 1/4 cup | butter | | 1-1/2 cup | powdered sugar | | 2 tbsp. | milk | | 1 tsp. | vanilla | | 1-1/2 cup | powdered sugar | | Additional milk, as needed |

Instructions
Stir dry ingredients together. Add applesauce, shortening, water and egg. Beat on low until combined. Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes. Stir in nuts and raisins. Pour into a 13x9-inch pan greased only on bottom. Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes. Cool in pan and frost. Beat frosting ingredients in order given.
