Ingredients
1/2 cup | milk | 2 | eggs, beaten | 1/2 cup | bread crumbs | 1/2 cup | crumbled saltine crackers | 3 lbs. | ground beef | 1/4 cup | ketchup | 1/4 cup | chopped green pepper | 1/2 cup | chopped onion | 2 tbsp. | Worcestershire sauce | 2 tsp. | salt | 1/4 tsp. | pepper | 1/2 tsp. | garlic powder |
Topping
1 tbsp. | brown sugar | 1/4 cup | ketchup | 1 tsp. | chili sauce | 1 tsp. | mustard |

Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Saute the peppers and onions. Blend all other ingredients in a mixing bowl (I usually do it by hand). Blend in sauteed peppers and onions. Place in a 9x13-inch pan and bake for 45 minutes.
Mix together topping ingredients while meatloaf is in the oven. Pour topping evenly over meatloaf. Continue baking at 350°F for 1/2 hour.
