Angel Hair with Prosciutto

Ingredients
3 tbsp. | olive oil | 3 tbsp. | butter | 1/2 lb. | sliced mushrooms | 3/4 lb. | prosciutto, chopped | 3 | md. tomatoes, finely chopped | 1 tsp. | sage | 1 cup | heavy cream | 1 lb. | angel hair or | | capellini | | Salt and pepper to taste | 1/2 cup | parmesan cheese | 1/2 cup | finely chopped parsley |

Instructions
Saute mushrooms in heated oil & butter until lightly browned, about 8 minutes. Add prosciutto, tomatoes, sage and cream. Heat on high until sauce begins to thicken; reduce heat to very low to keep warm while pasta cooks. Cook pasta; drain and place in heated serving container. Season with salt and pepper; toss with sauce and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
