I've tried many banana bread recipes over the years. This is the best I've ever tasted. The cream cheese adds a great flavor and the texture is perfect, not too crumbly. Also tastes great without the nuts.

It was ok, nothing special. I thought it would have been richer than it was with the cream cheese.

I used Greek yogurt instead of cream cheese, adjusted to 3 cups flour because i had an extra banana to use and added a bit of water to ease the transfer into muffin tins...no complaints from anyone!
