Sprinkle dry rice in 13x9x2-inch pan. Arrange pork chops over rice. Sprinkle with chopped onion. Combine soup and water and pour over mixture. Lift pork chops so some of liquid settles on bottom of pan. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
Not bad, but the pork turned out a little dry. Think next time I'll cover it for half the cook time and then uncover, see if that alleviates the dryness. Rice was good, a different twist on it.
I made this tonight and used one step in the review by kinndee and covered it for 30 mins. I am a widower father who is still learning to cook and my daughter really loved it. Thank you for whoever submitted it.
