1 | tub (475 g) Tre StelleĀ® Mascarpone | 1 cup (250) | confectioners sugar | 4 | egg yolks, beaten | 1/4 cup | (50 mL) Amaretto liqueur (almond flavoured liqueur) | | seasonal fruits as desired |

Instructions
In a medium bowl, using a wooden spoon, beat together all ingredients until smooth. Pour into a plastic bowl, cover and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.
Remove from freezer twenty minutes before serving and place in refrigerator to soften. Serve with your choice of seasonal fruits.
Variation; add chopped toasted almonds or chocolate chips onto Gelato before serving.
