Almost Becky's Morning Shake
|Becky's Morning Shake had no flavor, so I changed it up a bit. A vegan smoothie for the Clean Gut diet.|
|1 cup ||almond milk|
|1 cup ||carrot juice|
|2 cups ||spinach|
|1 ||avocado, flesh of|
|2 tbsp. ||almond butter|
|1 tbsp. ||hemp protein powder|
|2 tsp. ||ground flax seed or |
|Pinch of sea salt|

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

1 cup carrot juice can be made by juicing 8 large carrots.
