Achiote Marinade

1/4 cup achiote paste*
2 cups orange juice
1 tsp. garlic, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 dash ground cumin
1 dash ground coriander
1 dash oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste


Mix the marinade ingredients together. Marinate chicken, pork, fish, or seafood from 3 hours to overnight.
