Ingredients
3 | lg. russet potatos | 2 tbsp. | canola oil | 1 lb. | lean boneless pork (shoulder or | | butt), cut into strips | 2 cloves | garlic, minced | 1-1/2 cup | water | 3 tbsp. | soy sauce | 2 tsp. | sugar | 2-3/4 tsp. | Chinese 5 spice powder | 1/3 cup | sliced green onions |

Instructions
Peel potatoes and cut crosswise into 1/2 inch slices; set aside. Place wok on high or if using gas, use high flame. When hot, add oil. Once oil starts to get hot add pork and garlic; stir fry until pork is browned. Add potatoes, water, soy sauce, sugar and 5 spice. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes or until potatos are done. Turn off heat and add the green onion, mix together. Serve with steamed rice.
