1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (I choose stir fry blend of green beans, mushrooms, onions, etc.)
1 pkg. Ramen Noodles- any flavor (we all know Shrimp is the best)
Curry powder or
paste to taste
1 egg

Instructions

Bring about 3 cups water to a boil.
Add about 1 cup of frozen veggies.
Add Curry powder or paste.
Add Ramen Noodles and cook until done.
Reduce burner to stop rolling boil completely.
Immediately crack egg into mixture and GENTLY swirl (don't stir)
Let this gently simmer for 1 - 2 minutes until egg is "ribbon-like" (is that a word?)
