parsley

Parsley is an herb cultivated for its aromatic qualities, and is often used to garnish dishes. Its origins can be traced to Southern Europe, where three types of parsley can be found: flat-leaf parsley (also known as Italian parsley in some markets), curly-leaf parsley and turnip-rooted parsley.
