Tabasco
A sauce made from tabasco peppers marinated in vinegar and salt that is used to flavor many dishes in the United States. The peppers are fermented in barrels for 3 years before being processed into Tabasco sauce. The McIlhenny company owns the copyright to the name Tabasco, which originates from the state named Tabasco in Mexico.
