Quick and Spicy Chicken Stew

1 to 2 pkg. chicken tenders
1 can okra
1 can diced tomatoes
2 cans spicy veg-all
1 can lima beans
3 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. garlic powder
4 cups tomato juice
Salt and pepper, to taste


Boil chicken tenders for 20 minutes; remove from broth. While chicken is cooling, add remaining ingredients to broth and mix. Shred chicken with fork and return to pot. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
