Honeydew and Melon Fruit Salad

2 cups cantaloupe balls
2 cups honeydew balls
2 cups watermelon balls
1 10-ounce pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed
1 tsp. grated orange rind

Instructions

Combine cantaloupe, honeydew balls in large bowl and toss lightly. Place thawed raspberries in blender and puree until smooth. Strain pureed raspberries to remove seeds. Stir in orange rind; chill. To serve, place fruit mixture on individual salad plates, and spoon some Raspberry Sauce over fruit mixture. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
