Easy Poultry Gravy

2 cups



4 tbsp. margarine
4 tbsp. flour
2 cups hot water
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper


Melt margarine in a saucepan. Add flour and stir well with a whisk until a thick paste is formed. Allow to cook until frothy and bubbly. Dissolve bouillon in hot water. Slowly add the resulting broth to the paste, whisking constantly to avoid lumps. Heat until boiling and season with garlic powder and pepper to taste.

Add another bouillon cube for more flavor!
