Niçoise

The term for culinary dishes, often referred to as "À la Niçoise,"based on cuisine originating from the south of France, in and around the city of Nice. Resting along the Mediterranean, the city is known for its predominantly seafood diet which also consists of anchovies, garlic, olives, tomatoes and green beans.
