Ingredients:

1 container (8 oz.) lowfat plain yogurt
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 orange, grated peel of
2 oranges, peeled, segmented
1 md. Red Delicious or Ginger Gold apple, unpeeled, sliced
1 md. banana, peeled, cut into chunks

Directions:

In small bowl, combine yogurt, honey and orange peel. Serve as a dip with oranges, apple and banana.

Comments from Pete Lan :

Sprinkle cut apple and banana with a small amount of orange or lemon juice to prevent fruit from darkening.
