Ingredients:

3 eggs, beaten
2/3 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream or evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups fresh broccoli, chopped
1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
1/4 cup scallions
1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell

In a bowl beat eggs with broth, cream, salt and Tabasco. Set aside. Prick bottom and sides of pastry shell and bake at 450° for 5 minutes. Remove from oven. User Reviews:

I agree, better to use deep dish crust--took it to
work and everyone wanted the recipe. I also used the
basic recipe and instead of broccoli-made it with
bacon and ham

Very good, easy to make, husband and I loved it. I would suggest using a deep dish pie crust.
