1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp. fresh dill, minced
1 tbsp. tarragon, minced
1 tbsp. chervil or fennel, minced
1 tbsp. chives, minced
1/4 tsp. fresh marjoram, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
8 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup tarragon vinegar

Directions:

Place oil, herbs, salt and pepper in a shaker bottle or large glass measuring cup. Let stand at room temperature for 3 to 4 hours. The longer the better. Add vinegar and shake or stir well to blend.
