4 md. sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 cup milk
3/8 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
|
Boil potatoes until soft. Remove potatoes, place in bowl. Mash potatoes with potato masher or mixer. Add butter and milk; stir. Add brown sugar and cinnamon, stir. Dish onto bowl or plate. Sprinkle cinnamon lightly over top.

Ryan, I made these to go with my our (Down Home South Night) at the diner last night. They were great and the same way that my mother makes them. But she adds a little Texas Pete's hot sauce to them and that gives them a little bite. And does use the same for sweet potatoe pie. |
